TERMS & CONDITIONS Reservations: For advance bookings, a 30% deposit must be paid into our account to confirm a reservation. Bookings must be confirmed within 3 days; thereafter the reservation will be cancelled. A deposit slip must be faxed to us. A 7 day clearance is required for cheque payments. The Terms and Conditions of this booking are deemed as being accepted on receipt of the deposit. Cancellations: All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. The following charges apply for cancellations:   30 or more days before your scheduled arrival date: Full refund of deposit. Within 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of deposit Within 7 days prior to arrival: 100% of deposit   Should we be able to resell the cancelled space, no charge will be levied and the deposit will be refunded. Should you make use of accommodation without any prior arrangement, full tariff will be charged Payments: 30% Deposit with confirmation of booking. 70% on arrival. If paying by cheque, prior arrangements must be made. Right of Admission: The right of admission is reserved by Management. General: All security and safety notices on the premises must be strictly be adhered to. The Guest House is convenient and ideal for family and guest occupation. No form of inappropriate or disreputable occupation will be allowed. Unruly behaviour that disturbs other people in the Guest House will not be accepted. Raston Guest House does not accept any responsibility for damage, loss or injury incurred while residing at this establishment. Guests will be liable for any damages to the property that they may have caused. We are not responsible of any loss of valuables. Any damage caused to the property belonging to Raston Guest House will have to be replaced. No persons other than those quoted for are permitted to share accommodation. No Pets allowed. Children on this property must be under parental supervision at all times. No smoking is permitted inside the house. Smokers are welcome on the patio and around the swimming pool.
